I made an appointment with Sean, and he got me in the following day. He did an excellent job cleaning my car inside and out, everything was sparkling! I purchased a Groupon for car detailing and was very excited based on reviews. I contacted the company 6 times over the course of a month leaving multiple voice mails with asking to schedule and leaving my callback number as well as two emails. Never heard a single thing. Ultimately had to dispute the change with my bank for services not rendered. Very disappointed overall. It's not that hard to have some level of customer service... Would not recommend.

Accidently called Shawn and mistook his business for another company lol he went through and helped me locate the other company and even gave me some tips and pointers for detailing. Will be ordering some of his inhouse stuff. Don't hesitate to call and ask questions and get your car done!

Shawn is hands down the best detailer around. I am very happy with the detail job he and his crew did on my 2002 Denali Quadrasteer pickup. The paints metallic really pops now. I highly recommend Max Shine Detail. We are fortunate to have a shop of this quality in Northfield.

I used my Groupon coupon, and figured I REALLY don't want to clean my car after moving and a bag of litter broke in my back seat. I expected it to be cleaned BUT I DIDN'T EXPECT PRISTINE! It looked better than when I bought it 2 years ago! They were friendly, fast, polite and the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Afterwards they walked with me to my car to point out the details of what I had concerns with, and how they were all resolved. You wonder why I drove from Chanhassen to Northfield for detailing? Well, that is the reason...now keep in mind, when you make an appointment do it far in advance! They are sometimes booked out 45 days ahead! So, I'm not the only one who loves their work...they are worth the trip!
