I’ve been coming here for over ten years. The service has always been good. Since the new ownership, sometimes my appointments feel a bit rushed. Today I had Ly as my tech, and she was patient, really paid care and attention to my feet, and was so pleasant as well. It really showed that she genuinely cared about giving the customer a good experience. I will be requesting her next time!

Kim was absolutely fantastic, very friendly and even offering a complimentary beverage
She was very interactive and conversational (doesn't happen in many salons) and even educated me through the process

I’m new to the area and have had bad experiences at other places around me. I decided to try this place out and i’m so glad I did! Staff is super friendly and did a great job on my pedicure and my waxing service. I will definitely be making this my regular salon now!

I was referred to see Amy today and it was a great experience. She was gentle, followed my picky requests, and skillful (I'm VERY picky since I was a nail tech).
I got French Ombre TAP nail full set. It's so beautiful and I'm obsessed.

This used to be my favorite place in town and the only place I would go for my nails the last year and a half since we moved here, but the last 2 times I’ve been in have been terrible, so I won’t be returning.
The technicians I had the last two times are not people I’ve normally seen. They both seemed in a hurry. The woman who worked on my yesterday hurt me multiple times during both my manicure and pedicure. I would loudly say ouch and she would just smile and say sorry. I was so bad during my manicure, I almost just asked her to pay and leave before it was even over.
I always lets the women know I do massage so I need my nails short with no sharp edges. The last two times I’ve have had to come home and cut my nails down further myself.
Also yesterday, a woman had her 4 year old girl in there, who wasn’t getting her nails done, and she flipped backwards out of the chair and hit her head on the hard floor. The girl started screaming, it looked like it hurt terribly, and the mom just stayed and kept getting her nails done. I prefer an environment that’s relaxing, the techs aren’t hurting you, and they get the job done. I’ve always been a great tipper here also, very disappointing I won’t be back.

AMY!!! Girl!! My nails are amazing! You did exactly the inspo I showed you!!! And you were so fast and presice! Kimmi did my nails last time and did so great too!! All the ladies here are amazing! Stopped into Kimmie Spa Nails yesterday and honestly couldn't be happier. Not only are all of the ladies so lovely and personable, but Kimmie did an incredible job on my nails. My husband has given me multiple compliments and everyone keeps asking me where I got them done. Sorry about my old salon, but I've found my new spot.

Got green cat eye nails. The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming. Upon walking in I was greeted by both other customers and the staff. Enjoyed my experience so much, went online and booked my next appointment. Thanks for making my nails look so gorgeous!

They are always able to accommodate and squeeze me in for my appointment. I do sometimes have to wait some time even though I scheduled an appointment.
Requested style: I am able to show them a picture of my preferred style on Pinterest and they were able to deliver!
Cleanliness: The salon is very cute and very clean! Definitely a spa like feel

Love the service I get at Kimmi’s. I’ve been coming here for years. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Kimmi, Courtney, Jasmine and Quinn are all fantastic and do a great job. Even the front desk helper Ethan is awesome!
The spa is also very clean
I get and recommend the hydro gel fills for my nails as they look so natural and last very long. The pedicures are wonderful too.
I highly recommend this nail spa ?
