My husband went today. They refused to test him for anything when he asked. They sent him home telling him it was the flu. We scheduled an appointment same day at Walgreens and he tested negative for both flu and covid. I don't know how you can tell people they have the flu and not test them. We have vulnerable people in our family and knowing accurate data is necessary.

Not really "walk in". First thing when you walk in the door is make an appt. Mine was for 4 hrs later. Make your appt's online!!!

Horrible experience with the person working this morning. Horrible person with no indication about caring about a customer or medical care. Pass on this location and its employees.

Booked my appt online. Filled out all the forms, got confirmation code. No one there! Went there 15 min early, waited for another 15 minutes and finally a Target employee asked if I had an appointment and I said yes. They told me this has been happening all the time where no one shows up for the clinic. Why does it let you book an appointment if there is no one to work there? Never again.

Healthcare for the clueless. If I wanted OTC recommendations I would have asked the pharmacist. Waste of valuable time and money.

Absolutely terrible experience! I scheduled an appointment using the machine inside the clinic and waited for an hour until my time. Apparently there was some kind of error and appointments were double booking. The nurse was very rude and wasn’t even trying to be compassionate or accommodating, she basically shouted at me that person who booked online had priority and she won’t see me and i could sit there and wait all day, didn’t matter that i had appointment scheduled. I understand that these things happen, but the way she handled it was absolutely unprofessional and rude, its a shame we have health professionals like this in the system.

Great experience with nurse practitioner Jen, she was extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. I had a double ear infection and she gave me thorough, well advised care. Highly recommend.

The clinic representative doesn't have any information about pcr testing for travel. Asking me for voucher to make me the test. I looked for the voucher and couldn't find anything about it. Useless !

I have had great experiences hat this Target Minute Clinic! The wait is based on when you sign in. If you sign in online you can save time. Don’t miss being next in line, by checking your status. Otherwise wait in the waiting room not to miss your time.The Health professionals were knowledgeable and competent!

We have used this clinic as our urgent care. The Practitioner is thorough and courteous. I had no difficulty signing in as I did so on line. The wait time was less then 15 minutes. Checking in online saves time and lets you know wait time for the day.

Staff on duty was courteous and quick to receive me, but she didn’t seem to know what she was doing. Her password on her medical account expired, she was slow to administer the drug test because she hadn’t done it in awhile, and she isn’t sure how to send the sample via fedex or UPS.

I was told when I got there that they were not sure if I was in the right place. They told me they didn't want to Bill me if they couldn't help me. Then they sent me into the other room for about 5 minutes and then they told me that they couldn't help me. Even though they told me they weren't going to charge me if they couldn't help me they did anyways. It's one thing when you're ill and you already don't feel good but when people take your money and don't even help you I don't know how they can sleep at night. Worst experience ever
