I had been going to throw Apple Valley location but my original sales person who reminds me of the Sherminator from the movie American Pie made no effort to help me. So I decided to go to the Lakeville location and boy am I glad I did. Brihana was so helpful. She actually took the time to listen to me and help me solve my problem. I sell homes in Lakeville and I am always on the move. My phone is my business and depend on it. She gave me several options and helped me get back up and on the road. I am truly grateful for her. I highly recommend this location and Brihanan specifically. All stores are not created the same and she reminded me of what customer service really means. “Amazing customer service. Worked with Ricky and the store manager Matt. Very knowledgeable and got my broken phone data fully recovered and transferred to a new phone. They definitely go the extra mile. There is a small fee since they are an independent store of about $53 after tax for phone setup but well worth it for the service. Will be back for any future issues.”
