“My home ink jet printer got a paper jam, and I couldn't figure out how to get the jam out. Called TOPS and they told me I could come right in. Although it only took a couple minutes to remove the jammed paper remnant and show me how to do it, I was prepared to pay for their incredibly professional and very timely service. However, the gentleman who helped me refused any payment for the service. One sure can't find over-the-top customer service like that these days!!Thank you so much to TOPS!!!”

“I arrived around 3:30 pm on a Sunday. This location closes at 4 pm. The lone employee, named Abhi, help me with two different returns and a package that needed to go with another carrier. He printed off the forms that I needed, and patiently made sure I had all my questions answered. This is my second experience with this UPS Store location and I have been impressed by their customer service on both occasions. Excellent work!”
“The guy who does the photos is always super super helpful and explains really well what their machines can do. He saved me a ton on my photos when I had to get them rush printed for a portfolio and waited there to help me decide. “Best Fedex I have ever used! Friendly and helpful customer service. Often meet me at the scanner by the door to take my ebay shipped package. Gave me good tip on finding certain boxes since they didn't have the right size. Very well managed as several employees are very positive and engaged. Way better than USPS or Eagan Fedex.”
