“Tom was recommended to us by our close friends and we are so grateful to have worked with him as first time homebuyers. He is extremely knowledgeable about pointing out normal wear and tear when touring homes vs red flags that will costs thousands of dollars to repair/replace. We also appreciated his tips on home maintenance, easy/affordable DIY repairs, and hidden gens in MN to buy appliances, kitchen cabinets, windows, etc. His communication is top notch and regularly gave us updates from sellers when we placed offers and also stayed on top of scheduling our requested showings so we could tour a property on the first day of the market. We were nervous about working with a realtor whose main focus was to earn their commission and push us to buy as soon as possible but Tom never made us feel that way. He was patient with us as we went through several rounds of multiple offers and always respected our decisions. He answered any questions we had and took his time to explain new concepts to us (what entails with putting in an offer, how to interview inspectors, what makes one offer more appealing than another, what is a reasonable counter offer etc.). We felt well supported throughout the entire home buying process. It’s thanks to Tom we are now in our forever home, but if we were ever in need of realtor services again we’d reach out to him immediately and highly recommend him to anyone else who is looking to buy or sell their home.”
