This store is clean, open and organized. Staff were all busy and attentive. The paint is pricey but it was recommended by a neighbor who does lots of painting projects. For some products extra cost is worth it for quality.

The sales associate was knowledgeable, friendly and gave me some tips for painting. He helped me with color selection too. The store is very spacious and well laid out. Will definitely go back.

My recent customer service experience at the Lakeville store on Kendrick Ave was exceptional. I had patronized the store in Burnsville on CR 42 for 15 years, but management of that store now is disappointing. At the Lakeville store, it is clear employees are accustomed to a helpful approach and even going the extra mile for customers. I appreciate when I can say, "Thanks," as I'm leaving the store. I will continue to go there.

I have submitted multiple cases going back as far as 3/8/21 with no response. I called the number and waited on hold for an hour before being disconnected without even talking to a person. What do you suggest I try next? The Better Business Bureau? Small Claims Court? It cost me more than $1000 to fix the damage caused not to mention all the money I have spent there doing my reno. The least someone at Sherwin Williams can do is respond.

The sales associate talked my daughter into buying a very expensive paint. He said it was washable and would stand up to fingerprints. Wrong! She washed a few small areas a month ago and you can still see where she washed it. When she called them they blew her off and told her to buy the top of the line and repaint. She spent over 300.00 hundred dollars just to paint a small kitchen and a living room. I told her when she bought it that she got ripped off. I have never spent that much on paint and never had the problem she is having. Don’t go to the Lakeville Sherwin Williams. They tell you lies to get you to buy it then don’t stand behind it. Next step will be going to their corporate office.

Wonderful experience overall. Employees always willing to go above and beyond the call of duty. Any questions, no matter how random and obscure they're ready to answer! It must be hard working retail but these folks really take it with stride and do their absolute best day in and day out. Truly exemplary.
