Spectrum sold me an unlimited plan 2 phones with 2 lines, home wifi, and cable TV, (unlimited usage) yeah right! Don't be fooled as a truck driver I use my phone for tv,and data for work, they cut you back at a certain point usually 2 wks into a month. Complete rip off!! Gonna get away from spectrum soon. Do not be fooled or tricked by these fakes!

Other than the incident below, I have only good things to say about my experiences with Spectrum. Been with them now (second stint) for 4 almost-incident-free years. Dealing with the automated phone menus and the (AI?) support chat is kind of a bummer, but any time I've talked to an actual person, either by phone or in-store (the below as the exception), everyone has been generally quite friendly and helpful. The incident below is the only problem I've had, my mood already soured by 2 days without internet (it was eventually determined squirrels had chewed into our above-ground cable line)--somehow non-local phone support scheduled me an appt at a local store during a time when they were closed. How do you let that happen?
Previous 1-star review: Had no Internet for 2 days. Chat support couldn't help, but phone support was nice enough to schedule me an appt at my local store to pickup a new modem. I got there at my appt time only to find it was closed (temporary hours), and the 2 people onsite refused to help me.

This store, though advertised as Open Mon-Sat. seems to have decided not to be opened on Tuesday's. You won't find this out unless you waste you time driving to the Lakeville location. Once there you'll see the sign that they are closed on Tuesday's with no explanation as to why. I guess they really don't value your time or your business.
I don't really no how to contact anyone to complain but the apology was pretty lame.
Tried to call the store today to see if they are open. Funny thing, they don't take direct calls. I was told by cooperate help desk I should just drive there to see if the're actually open. Hard to understand.explanation.
Tried to get a real answer via Facebook with no success. They have no way to contact the store to get an answer or explanation.

Worst Service and Customer Service. Dont chose it. They dont prorate the service and they never tell u that when canceling the service. Worst Service

The Spectrum team needs to get on the same page. When I called I was told I can just stop in and drop off my equipment. When I arrived I had to put my name on a waitlist and I waited almost 45 minutes. Horrible communication.

Whoever says they are saving money is either lying or in a promotional rate! I currently have the 500mb plan and the internet sucks! I'm paying $240 for this internet plan and basic cable! I can't even count the tv outages that there has been. I previously had Xfinity and in that plan I had most premium channels accept adult channels, I had home security And I even had a 1 gig internet plan, and my bill was less! I can be hardwired and I can't even live stream without my feed getting really choppy. Shop elsewhere for tv and internet!

My wife and I have been to this store three times total. One of these times we were helped by an employee named Nick. He was kind, courteous, and helpful. The other two times we were āhelpedā by a person whose name was Dusty, I believe, a shorter fellow. During every interaction we have had with this man he has had an absolute nasty attitude and has been extremely condescending and rude. I personally believe that someone with such a nasty attitude should not work in a customer service role with public interaction. He makes going to this store such an unpleasant experience.

Me and my grandmother was returning equipment to the spectrum store today, a clerk named Dustin helped us clarify our billing situation and got us onboarded with spectrum mobile.
I couldnāt have asked for a better service, thanks spectrum.
