They marked delivered for two items and there was only one so I am missing one of my packages but it is showing as delivered and my husband grabbed it thinking it was fine so no one stole it. They just marked both as deliverer and now I am going to have to track my missing one down. If this was a one time experience I would be fine but we have had constant issues with our mail service recently

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Truly awful customer service and staff are unfriendly and unpleasant to work with. My issue took well over a month to resolve and 5 visits to this location.

We had notification of a postal delivery that said it was brought to our front door and laid on the step. It was not there and we checked the mailbox not there we checked the neighbors driveway not there came back walking they had put it on our bumper of our SUV that was in the driveway. I guess you just can't find good help nowadays.

I've been trying to call for over 2 hours and no one will answer. This is beyond frustrating as my package wasn't delivered and is being returned to sender. I would go in but I'm out of town.

Unacceptable Service Under Current Postmaster
I’ve lived in Lakeville, MN for years, and in that time, I’ve watched our local post office deteriorate under the leadership of Postmaster Xavier A. Sogoyou. Since his appointment, mail and package delivery to my address has essentially stopped — and this has been going on for over five years. Despite repeated complaints and inquiries, nothing has improved.
What’s even more disheartening is that the front counter staff — many of whom were hard-working and kind — have either left or expressed open frustration with the toxic leadership and mismanagement under Xavier. Good employees have been driven away, and service to the community has collapsed.
I’m not alone in this experience. Nearly everyone I know in Lakeville has had similar complaints — missed mail, undelivered packages, no accountability, and zero communication.
This level of dysfunction from a federal service is unacceptable. Our community deserves better.

I live in an apartment complex and was waiting on a package delivery requiring a signature. The delivery person didn't even knock on my door, just put the slip in the mailboxes that are across the complex. Am I just supposed to sit by the mailboxes for hours until they show up? Ridiculous.
Oh, in addition, a family member failed to include my apartment number on a letter to me. Instead of doing the nice thing and just dropping it off at the office for them to deliver later or to contact me (it would've taken all of 30 seconds), I have absolutely no idea where the letter is now.

Two packages marked as delivered.
One on Friday one on Saturday.
Went to PO on Tuesday. Inquired about packages. Investigation ensued. Was told would be in mail that day. They were!
Call from PO on Wednesday to check on status. Informed caller I was pleased with delivery and follow up call!
