I went to this pharmacy to pick up my husband's prescriptions after he had knee surgery. The staff I interacted with were downright hostile to the point where I had to take a physical step back out of concern for my safety. On top of that, I was given no patient education or information about the prescriptions, despite one of them being a controlled substance with high abuse potential. As someone who works in the medical field, I find this to be medical neglect and a report-worthy offense. I have submitted a complaint and encourage others who have had similar experiences to do the same. Something is very wrong here, and needs to be remedied immediately to avoid serious consequences to those getting medications here.

As a provider's office, dealing with this pharmacy has been nothing short of a nightmare. They have a disturbing habit of "losing" approximately 60% of the prescriptions we leave on their voicemail, only to claim they never received them. This incompetence has led to countless delays and frustrations for our patients.
On top of their unreliable prescription handling, there is a woman pharmacist here who exhibits the worst people skills I've ever encountered in any professional setting. Her demeanor is consistently rude and unhelpful, making interactions uncomfortable and unproductive.

This pharmacy location is extremely understaffed and constantly busy as a result. In addition to long lines and wait times, mistakes are prevalent. They claim they have requested prescription refills from healthcare providers but haven't, they say prescriptions are ready for pick up when they aren't, they keep you on hold on the phone for upwards of 15 minutes and then hang up on you, etc. It's awful. We are going elsewhere, which is frustrating because this location is convenient.

They seem to have difficulty staffing this store far more than others. If you need anything in a timely manner, switch to a different pharmacy. Goodbye Walgreens

Seriously the rudest staffs EVER!! Don’t talk over me when I’m trying to give you the information and speak English for the love of god. Can’t find my info cause the phone number in file is under my 9 year old. We share the same phone number in file. Maybe if you listen to me and get my full name without interrupting me 3 times you would find my information. Time to move my shit somewhere else.

***UPDATE***
I had oral surgery and I dropped off 3 prescriptions because I knew they would be open until 6 (called to make sure) and they told me it would be ready by 3. It was 12:40pm when I was told. 3 rolls around and I heard nothing. I give them some more time just in case. At 4:25ish I give them a call to check in. I wait on hold for an hour and a half. 5:48 they answer. They tell me the prescriptions were LOST. I’ve been waiting and in incredible pain for my medications — medications that I cannot transfer because they are controlled. I am so absolutely furious with this location. Avoid this place like the plague.
The pharmacy is awful. It’s now never open. I’m getting calls every other day that it’s temporarily closed. For prescriptions that are controlled — good luck getting them if you work! Closing at 4 on days that they ARE open or even earlier! Truly amazing.
The hours for today (Wednesday, August 7th): 9am-1pm. 4 hours! How wonderful for those who work a 9 to 5.
I’ve had multiple delays for prescriptions that I get regularly and still have refills for, yet they have to “check with my doctor”. Even though it’s also time to refill them. They’ve lost prescriptions of mine despite me just receiving a call about them. I’ve had a terrible experience with a pharmacy tech who asked only for my last name (my brother also gets prescriptions and I know other people have my last name), when she came back she had the wrong prescription and only then asked for MY first name.
Good luck trying to call in because it can take over 30 minutes to even an hour to get on with someone. I even once called an hour prior to their lunch break and the entire time there was “only one caller ahead of me” and then it went into their lunch break and immediately someone picked up after it.

Understaffed & terrible process for vaccine "appointments". I had scheduled appointments for my son and I to get flu shots Saturday mid-day; we arrived on time to a few people in line and so it took 10 mins to check in once told we were able to speak to someone and told we had to sign in by scanning a QR code sign that wasn't visible/clear so already the process was delayed and going into my appointment slot time (10 mins after my son's). Then we waited 45 minutes more, finally being seen almost an hour after our first scheduled time. We were told 30 mins in when I asked that there was only 1 person on who was able to do shots but were not given any idea of how much longer it would be and when I later found out who this person was I'd seen her serving the window/drive thru, on computer and doing various other tasks while we waited. Takes/took 2 mins to give a shot. Clearly this pharmacy is not well staffed; why bother having appointment times if they won't be honored or can't be staffed? Ridiculous wishful thinking on someone's part/corporate? Another woman had the time slot after mine apparently and so she was also waiting 30+ minutes beyond her scheduled time. Had we known it would take so long we'd have cancelled as it messed up plans for the day. My son was so bent out of shape and anxious waiting (what kid likes shots?) for so long that he felt really sick afterwards (for the first time ever- he's never had anything other than a sore arm before in response to shots) and I'm never going to bother with Walgreens again for vaccines. Terrible experience and the floor in the waiting area (had plenty of time to examine it!) was disgustingly dirty near the walls and corners with likely years of accumulated filth.

I come in bc I had received the wrong size at another location cause they didn’t have any…… come to this location to exchange it and the old man with tattoos on his hands and fingers is rude, and a perv. He doesn’t even know how to do his job he called someone else to do it . Had me standing there a good five mins for someone to come . Someone comes and I tell her what’s going on she then proceeds to help me . I bring 2 packs of diapers from my car . The girl said she couldn’t do it with out a I’d , which I didn’t have mine so I said nvm . Why this old lady with short brown red hair tried to say I stole the diapers . Like me as someone who didn’t even walk in the store all the way is crazy . She accused me of stealing that’s so down low bro. I told her to check the camera and started spazzing . I’m not a theft this is insane . Corporate will be called. And I got the diapers back bc they got all scared but imagine it was someone who didn’t make them scare them they would have never been able to get the diapers that was there’s to begin with . All I’m saying is this store needs to be shut down asap!

Came through for our family during a time of need. Friendly pharmacist. Pharmacy techs vary, but several genuinely care.

Unfortunately this Walgreens is the worst for prescriptions. Had to wait 24 hours for a life saving EpiPen prescription for our daughter and that was after I had called and showed up to the pharmacy and waited. Every time we fill something here it takes over 6 hours to fill. It's absolutely ridiculous to have to wait 6 business hours, have the pharmacy close, and then have to wait until the next day to actually get antibiotics (this has happened three times). I'm an idiot thinking each time will be different. I'm finally done. Listen to the other reviews. This is the worst Walgreens if you are sick.
