  Tried to close account and they stated they would credit account since billing was already processed. They will not credit the account when called a month later.
  Poor service, poor customer service, poor communication, contacting bbb if possible do not use!!!

  You suck I've cancellable my service 4 times now and I'm still being billed

  Terrible experiences with Frontier so we decide to switch providers and we charged a $50 disconnect fee. I'd go off-grid before I ever considered them for any service in the future.
