Not sure why google did not let me see the reviews before I got here. Definitely very limited parking There is zero overnight parking allowed apparently. Must park at a weigh station or the rest area a short distance away if you are more than a few minutes early. Appointment only........

Don't come more than 15 minutes early. Come down the hill and pull up to the stop sign and go inside to check in. Then they will direct you on which way to go. Rest area and a weigh station are available to park at until your appointment time. Got started on me right away. In and out in 1 hour from start to finish.
