Even with prep of trazodone & gabapentin, my dog ends up needing sedation because he's too wiggly to draw blood, trim nails, and give vaccines to. Not here! They were able to help my baby without any sedation!
I'm so thankful for this; I'm always worried about sedation due to my dog's overall health.
I felt like they truly cared about him and they weren't taking the easy way out. They used a ton of positive reinforcement and worked as a team to help him.
I'm actually looking forward to going back.
Also, prices seemed *very* reasonable which of course is a major plus with how expensive everything is these days. Photo for tax of him relaxing after his vet visit this morning. ?

C5GV+82, Le SueurWe brought home a golden this spring, Bruce. We are so in love with him. He is the good-est boy we have ever known. From day one he has been so sweet, obedient, and a total goofball. He did great with potty training and crate training. He has been so gentle and patient with the kids. We could not be happier with our pick of the litter. He has been the perfect addition to our family. We highly recommend Island Farm. Peyton was great to work with in setting up times to meet. He clearly cares for every animal that comes through. When we first pulled up to the long dirt driveway and were greeted by a sea of wagging tails and doggie smiles, we already knew we were bringing a pup home from this amazing place.
