Tracy was amazing to work with, from giving me care information for before and after my appointment, walking me through the process, talking about how health and medications can effect the outcome of the appointment. She helped me with all of my questions and made me feel so comfortable! Tracy also helped me with getting all of my appointments scheduled and working her schedule to accommodate my schedule needs as well!

This was my first time visiting Serendipity Salon. Tracy was very kind and welcoming. She explained the process and her expectations. I've been to a few other places for waxing services, and Serendipity is by far my best experience. I highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about Tracy. She is amazing at what she does. The acrylic nails are not tips, she sculpts them to your original nail. She is very meticulous in her work.
I have also had waxing done. She walks you through every step and makes you feel really comfortable.
I have said it before and will continue to say it. It never feels like I am going to just get my nails done. It feels like I am going to visit a friend who just happens to do my nails ?

Tracy is an artist. Her specialities are skin and nails and she is a master craftsperson. She does not take walk ins so make sure to call ahead. If you need mani pedis waxing for men and women or skin care this is the place to be.
