I had Pete's bone out several deer last fall. The trim was horribly cared for. Hair, blood, dirt feces found in trim bags. Had to throw it all away.

Just purchased 1/2 pig from Sauers. Z and A Country Market processed it; let me tell you its the best pork we have had!! Smoked to perfection. We live in Cadott WI and will definitely be doing our business here going forward!! Thank you guys for a job well done.
