I had Pete's bone out several deer last fall. The trim was horribly cared for. Hair, blood, dirt feces found in trim bags. Had to throw it all away.

Adam was easy to work with and with my work schedule he was willing to come in after hours on the weekend so I could make my pick up. Besides the long drive I had to take to get it, definitely happy and would go back!.
