Not only was the receptionist upon calling for an appointment friendly and helpful (she offered to have us send a picture to see if they could access it first that way), but the vet was also amazing. Very knowledgeable and you could tell veterinary care is her passion. Pricing was more than reasonable, especially considering the quality of care. This has certainly become our new vet.”
“Keller Lake is one of the premier veterinary hospitals in the metro area. We've been taking our darling cat there for years, and they've been incredible with her (despite her sometimes ~difficult~ nature). Top notch services and info from these folks, if you're looking for the best care for your pet this is the place!”
“They cared for my old 15 year old Malinois and when the time came for him to cross the bridge they helped all of us. They put a blanket for him, gave me some cat treats and then they gave him cheese in an aerosol thing. He died quickly but so happy. He had no idea. When we picked up his ashes they were in a beautiful wood box, a sweet card with his fur in it, a clay paw pressed in it, 2 pieces of paper with his paw prints, his certificate of cremation, plus some pamphlet on grief. Major had no reason to be scared. This place is amazing. I forgot, they sent a card from everyone there along with sweet messages. We have even had our other two dogs for different things. Great place.”

“My dog was in severe pain due to glaucoma and ulcer in his eye and needed emergency surgery. They were able to get us in the next day when other places we called said they were booked out at least a couple weeks. We are so grateful they got him so fast knowing he was in so much pain. ❤️ amazing staff!”

“We have been going here for almost 10 year and absolutely love it here! Christy is our fave technician but the whole staff is wonderful! We have an 11 year old lab, an 8 year old cat and 2 little boys, you can only imagine the calls we have had to make for all of them combined and we are so grateful to have such a trustworthy place to call at a moments notice when we need help for our fur babies. “The team is always very welcoming and make you feel comfortable in working together to care for your pet. They go out of their way to send a welcome card, and if you order meds, they throw a toy into the package sometimes. Everything is done in a timely matter as well. I've moved around a lot and had about 5 different vets, this place is easily the best one.”

The reason we will always return to Rice Clinic...Everyone working on their staff cares as much about your pet as you do. That's enough for us to always return. They are the best Animal Clinic I have ever been to and I am 70, and have live in 6 states during my adult life.”

“These folks always took the best care of our senior chihuahua, José. When he had an enlarged spleen last year, the doctor cleared her schedule in order to get him in for emergency surgery the very next day, which gave us another year with him we didn’t think we’d get. When he passed this winter, they even sent a card that everyone in the office had signed. This is a place that truly cares about the pets they see. If we ever find ourselves with another furry family member, we’re definitely bringing him here. Thank you for everything you did for José and the thousands of other pets in your care!”

“Had my dogs here from Boston while visiting, my lab got a UTI. Birch Lake took us the DAY OF, were SUPER helpful, and very informative. Dr. Sally Prince was amazing, and deserves all the praise in the world. She followed up to see how Bella was doing, and I could genuinely tell her and the staff loved what they did. They treated my dog amazingly and I’m surprised I even got her out the door! She loved them all. 10/10, 100% recommended. If you care about your animals, bring them here!”
“Our daughter recommended Apache Animal Hospital to us when we recently retired and move closer to her. We are very impressed by the staff and Dr. Cleary. “We have gone to this Vet. Hospital for many years including the early years from 1974 to 1990. We moved up to Ham Lake and used a vet place there. When we returned to this area we came back to MN Vet. Hospital, (about 2018). We have been happy with the staff, taking our cat here. They are always courteous and friendly. If there are questions, they will return a call with the information we need. We just euthanized our cat and the staff was so very kind and caring. We are very happy with this vet. hospital and plan to return in the future with another pet. Kathy H.”
