I can’t say enough good things about Jake.As an agent, Jake was always really great at communicating with my clients and myself about updates with our loans, and made sure to educate all parties involved on the process at every level. There were even instances where Jake was able to get their loans as low as possible and even match interest rates that other banks were offering.The professional relationship I had with Jake was so great compared to other LOs I’ve worked with in the past that when it was time to buy a home for myself, I didn’t even have to shop. I went directly to Jake, he got me the lowest rate I could get, enrolled me in programs that got me money back (and actually warned me an extra $1250 on top of what I initially thought I received), and made sure that closing came smoothly without any hiccups.Jake is truly one of a kind, and I appreciate his hard work and willingness to work with me and all of my clients, no matter how challenging our situations were.If you’re in need of a mortgage, you have to at least give Jake a call. I have had Jake for two different homeMortgages! Through buying my first home, to selling that home and buying my second home, Jake made the experience effortless on my part. He was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. The transition process of buying one, while simultaneously selling my other home was scary, but Jake did an amazing job helping through every hoop and obstacle- He did everything for me and explained it all to me in the process! Jake made sure to always be there when I needed him! I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking at a mortgage loan! He is fantastic!
