Our mortgage experience with Laura at Bell Mortgage was extraordinary! I was in South Dakota, buying in Minnesota and even with the distance, a wonderful relationship was attained. Laura and her team were available through all the hiccups, questions and joy. I would recommend Bell Mortgage to everyone looking for a home. They will be professional, kind and efficient - even when you call on Friday night at 530 freaking out! We are pleased with the the loan type, terms and down payment and ultimately settling in to our new home!

Laura made the mortgage process as stress-free as she could. One of our first interactions together she recognized that I had a lot on my plate with not just buying a home but life in general. She said to me, let me take this off your plate, these are the things I need now and the rest we can get to later. Other mortgage lenders wanted every piece of information right away, Laura asked for what she needed and said we’ll do the rest as it comes up. Her communications were quick, informative and always in a tone that treated me like a person and not just a customer. Even now when we finally have closed on a house I know I can reach out to Laura with any question and she’ll respond in her same helpful way. I highly recommend her, I don’t think we could have closed as easily with the other mortgage lenders that I talked to at the beginning, I definitely made the right choice in going with Laura.

I can write a "mini novel" about how great of an experience my family and I had working with Laura, and how highly I recommend her to anyone looking for a fantastic mortage lender. Laura is far from "transactional" she's a "transformational" individual. Laura has a depth of experience, knowledge, and insights into the industry, and she brings that level of expertise and professionalism with care, consideration, and "client-centric" focus. We had an unforseen unique and unusal situation that caused potential risk of costing my family and I more financial burden, but Laura put in extra time and resources to help my family and I get the issue resolved with no additional burdens and even got ahead of what we anticipated.
