“I made a bad mistake and didn't put my husbands truck in park, it rolled into a parked trailer and munched the entire from of the truck. Chisago Collision gave me an estimate that same day and had our truck in for repairs the next week (delay was due to us going on vacation). We also just happened to run over a large nail a few days later, so Chisago Collision sent it next door to TGK Auto to get the tire fixed as well. Honestly I have never met more caring concerned people before. The ladies in the office knew how upset I was at crashing my husbands truck and were so consoling and understanding. What a great experience and appreciation for those who still have great customer service and oh man!! the truck looks great. Now the hubby wont look at it and give me that look.. Denny was VERY considerate of my difficulties and assisted with the multiple delays in completing my purchase of one of his trailers. “Owner is a very knowledgeable and fair. After being told I had a bad alternator by another local chain store. He tested it and said it is all working fine. Had a bunch of additional advice on what might be giving me problems and offered many cost effective alternatives to solve the issue. If I have any alternator or starter issues in the future, this will be my FIRST stop!”
