“I made a bad mistake and didn't put my husbands truck in park, it rolled into a parked trailer and munched the entire from of the truck. Chisago Collision gave me an estimate that same day and had our truck in for repairs the next week (delay was due to us going on vacation). We also just happened to run over a large nail a few days later, so Chisago Collision sent it next door to TGK Auto to get the tire fixed as well. Honestly I have never met more caring concerned people before. The ladies in the office knew how upset I was at crashing my husbands truck and were so consoling and understanding. What a great experience and appreciation for those who still have great customer service and oh man!! the truck looks great. Now the hubby wont look at it and give me that look.. “I purchased a new Kia Hybrid Sorento but had many difficulties with completing the installation and wiring for the trailer hitch. Denny was VERY considerate of my difficulties and assisted with the multiple delays in completing my purchase of one of his trailers. I cannot speak highly enough of his positive attitude and consistent helpful nature. A great guy. As for the trailer itself it is fabulous. “The staff here is so awesome. I was a little shocked. I needed new wiper blades. With the weather so cold my last blade snapped off as I was getting ready to head to work. I showed up to NAPA when they opened and they greeted me got me a good pair of wipers and directly went and put them on for me. I was not expecting that. I expected to buy them and go home and watch a YouTube video on installation to get my old blades off and new blades on. Other auto parts stores I have visited haven’t installed anything for me (especially on a cold day like today). Any future auto needs, NAPA has my business. Good people work there!”
“Owner is a very knowledgeable and fair. After being told I had a bad alternator by another local chain store. He tested it and said it is all working fine. Had a bunch of additional advice on what might be giving me problems and offered many cost effective alternatives to solve the issue. If I have any alternator or starter issues in the future, this will be my FIRST stop!”

“He is a one man operation. So don't expect miracles on him getting back to you. He works hard and your best bet is to call him narrow down a week and bring it in and have a back up car.
