Forest Lake has the rudest staff ever! I used to love lake area bank and have been with them for 20 years, but now that it has changed to FRB, it's garbage. No one is polite and they have all adopted an attitude of Not My Problem.

Why can’t you answer your phones. I know you’re busy but so are your customers. If you don’t answer today I’m switching banks I’m getting tired of this.
