“I am extremely satisfied with Lake Veterinary and Surgical Center. The staff are very helpful, and knowledgeable. I will continue to take my pomeranian to them for all her needs.”
“Bring my cats here for routine check up and for kitten shots. Overall very caring staff and they call the day after if they give vaccinations which is something other vets dont do. Only downside was is that they charged 28 dollars to trim my adult cats nails who is used to me cutting them at home.”
“Have been going here since I got my dog last fall. He just got neutered yesterday and they were so thorough with the recovery instructions. Always great communication and so friendly! So happy I can bring my fur baby to them and have no worries!”

“A new doctor is in town. Dr Krista Steffenhagen has taken over the practice. We first encountered Dr Steffenhagen, when we had to take one of our dogs to North Branch for emergency care. We were glad to see her energetic smile when we went to our regular clinic. Dr Steffenhagen is great with the dogs and has wonderful bedside manner. I am glad to see the small town clinic will continue to give personalized service to the wonderful community of Scandia.”

“I absolutely love our vet. They recently did a dental on my 12-year-old tiny dog, and they were so patient and thorough with her. They took their time, made sure she was comfortable, and sent me home with really clear aftercare instructions. They’ve honestly become like a second family to us. Anytime we’ve had a sick animal, they’re quick to respond and do everything they can to help. I’m so grateful for the care they give our pets.”
