Best car buying experience of my lifetime. Able to look around and inside vehicles with zero pressure, test drove the 2018 Ford Edge I saw on the website. Gave me a discount on the card fee since they don't do money transfers/wires and was on my way in under an hour,.even after looking around for 30 minutes. Eric & Preston were awesome and vibe is very laid back, solid salt of the earth family business!

Had a great experience today purchasing a 2010 Subaru Impreza Hatchback at Bob's Auto Ranch. Preston (and really the entire team) were great to work with. Zero pressure whatsoever. Zero. They have a huge selection of vehicles ranging from trucks, sedans, economy, cars, SUVs, and luxury cars like Mercedes Lexus and Porsche - all at competitive prices. Per CarGurus, the Impreza I purchased was priced at $1,600 below market value. If you're looking for a used vehicle, you definitely need to check out their inventory. You won't be disappointed; in fact, you'll be impressed! Oh, and be sure to ask for Preston. He's Bob's grandson, he's really easy going, and he definitly knows his cars.

The best car buying experience I've ever had. My oldest needed to buy a car on a tight budget so I found Bob's Auto Ranch online. We went to the lot and were able to walk around and look to our heart's content. We asked to test drive a car, were given the keys, and off we went. The salesman we worked with (Eric I believe) was amazing. No pressure, great conversation, and we were in and out of the purchasing office within maybe 30 minutes. We paid cash so I don't know how long financing would add to that time though. Overall, loved this experience and will definitely be going back when my youngest needs a car.

I bought a car from Bob’s Auto Ranch, and I regret it. They were not honest about the condition of the vehicle. When I test drove it, everything seemed fine, but shortly after purchase, major issues started showing up—things they clearly should have known and told me about. When I went back to talk to them, hoping they’d make it right, I was met with some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They were rude, dismissive, and basically acted like it wasn’t their problem anymore. If you’re thinking about buying a car from here—don’t. Save yourself the money and the stress. This place is not trustworthy.

Bought a car from there and not even 2 weeks later all of a sudden the timing chains are bad. Seems fishy seeing as they did “major engine work” prior to selling it to me.

We recently bought a 2017 Honda Pilot from Bob's at a great price. Took it for a test drive and everything seemed to check out. After, that is, they jumped the dead battery which they replaced by the next day. We knew it had a prior salvage title so we took it to our mechanic who found no major issues. Bob's did break a plastic cover piece when replacing the battery and were not willing to fix it. Offputting, but not enough to not buy the car. Bought it and 10 minutes off the lot it started throwing transmission system warnings. Turns out it needed a new torque converter. Called Bob's and they said they would fix it in their shop free of charge. Picked up a week later and have had no problems in the 2 weeks since.
We'll shop here for our next car but will definitely check it over thoroughly and test drive it at highway speed for a while before buying.
