“Fairly new to woodworking, and not familiar with all the lingo in rough cut and sizing as I've either bought from a box store or Rockler. Not sure if not knowing all that created attitude, but last 2 times I purchased from them, the staff seemed a little impatient and slightly testy. They have a great selection and offer great services. I will learn the lingo and hopefully my experience will be better in the near future as I will be a loyal customer as my hobby grows.”
