“Fairly new to woodworking, and not familiar with all the lingo in rough cut and sizing as I've either bought from a box store or Rockler. Not sure if not knowing all that created attitude, but last 2 times I purchased from them, the staff seemed a little impatient and slightly testy. They have a great selection and offer great services. I will learn the lingo and hopefully my experience will be better in the near future as I will be a loyal customer as my hobby grows.”

“Dan was incredibly helpful with answering questions and adjusting our quote based on how our needs changed for our fencing project. Prices were comparable, and we were glad to go with a local lumber yard vs. a big box store. Delivery was offered for an additional fee, but we chose to pick it up, and the pick-up process was quick and easy. The guy who brought out our materials was able to lift it right into our trailer. Thanks for the great service!”
