They work hard to help customers and do a very professional job. To improve, some suggest staggering lunch breaks and opening more registers when the line is long. CVS Pharmacy offers convenient services, including same-day pick-up, auto-refill, and online management. Customers can also earn rewards, such as $50 ExtraBucks Rewards, for filling prescriptions and getting flu shots.
The staff who care about you are always nice and do what they can for you as fast as they can. Very friendly and returns calls within an hour to two hours.

I have been satisfied with this CVS customer service however, since the Saturday and Sunday hours have been eliminated I'll be switching to a different pharmacy.

All pharmacies are short staffed right now. This one always tries hard to work with their customers. I do wish there was more privacy with DOB at all pharmacies.
