“We had a 40' container delivered for a long-term storage solution on a non-paved lot and couldn't have imagined a better setup - particularly given the wet weather in Wisconsin during the fall of 2023 - followed by the snow and intermittently freezing temperatures... it was beginning to look doubtful if the location would work this year. However, Kole and the team (including the dispatcher and driver) at Big Blue Boxes managed to find a window to get it done - and perfectly situated in a fairly difficult location! The container looks excellent, as well, with ample room for everything as planned. They did a spot-on job with the new container delivered as hoped for when it was purchased.We would very highly recommend the team at Big Blue Boxes for any storage solution and delivery needs and will look them up again in the future if the need arises. I think everyone involved was very happy with the results!”

“Can't say enough nice things about this place. Customer service was great, price was good, the move was outstanding!We stacked things in the container, knowing FOR SURE they're going to shift, and flop all over, but it was 330am and we had to get all our stuff moved immediately and had no choice. Nothing shifted. Nothing moved. Everything was exactly the way we left it in the container. Unreal.It's pretty cool to watch the guy load and unload. He has a remote controlled pallet jack thing, which was interesting to watch. It's cool though, the container isn't getting put on and off at a 45 degree angle, so nothing's shifting.Yeah, all in all I really liked the company, and we'd totally use them again”
“You know here at Stephen's Self Storage I had an awesome great experience I met one of the owners Mike and he was able to help me with every situation and every question being as though he's one of the owners he was very knowledgeable and able to give me straight across the table information and I am going to purchase one of the storage units for the leftover stuff out of my apartment where I'm moving and downsizing Mike was so helpful very outstanding he was a upstanding kind of guy I thank him so much for all of his assistants advice and suggestions a great place to do any kind of storage rental or U-Haul rental a great company and great owners thanks Mike again yours truly Karen”
“Not only are their prices very reasonable, they were understanding and flexible when we had to change a pick-up date. But what makes them stand out is the customer service from getting a quote from sweet Carolyn to the delivery drivers. If it weren't for Al, we wouldn't have known all those helpful tips on how to stack and tie down our boxes. Everything arrived just as packed! And they were thoughtful about the placement of containers too. I just can't recommend them enough!!”
“This review is quite late, but we used RJ Moving a couple years ago and the movers were EXTREMELY hard-working and professional. They were also very careful with our stuff. They didn't dawdle or milk the clock. Ruth was also very thorough when she gave us our quote. She came to our house in Chaska and gave us a reasonable price. Some moving places underestimate the moving charges and give you one heck of a surprise when the bill's due. This was the exact opposite with RJ. It was estimated to be higher and then was actually cheaper when it was all said and done. Highly recommended. :)”

“I am a toy retailer and receive shipments from 3 locations from around the country. My main distributor uses 4 shipping companies usually based upon where the pallets are being shipped from. ODFL has never had any delays for my shipments, has never had any damage to claim, and has never lost any boxes from a pallet. This is after receiving approximately 30 pallets delivered by ODFL. Contrast that with 2 of the 3 other large carriers that I have had to deal with who almost always have damage, have a delay every single time, and frequently lose parts of my pallets (no exaggeration either).”

“These guys are awesome! I could have finished this review with few words but I want to write more and share good things about their services. Starting with Kiya (customer service/person who helped us with setting the work order). She is so patient, nice and friendly. She talks to the point and explain everything. We have worked with OCS before when we were moving from Edina to Lakeville back in 2021. Kiya helped us then and now too. Her follow ups are always on time. Thanks for all the help Kiya.This time, we were moving from MN to GA, Alpharetta. This company offered an amazing deal of moving all our stuff in a big truck along with my car on a trailer hitched with a truck. I was little skeptical but on the day of move (Jan 5th), these guys came with full force and did everything so perfectly. Within few hours, everything was loaded and patiently they loaded the car too. They started from our place on Jan 5th and as promised, they reached Alpharetta, GA on Jan 6th around 4:30pm ET.Everything was fine, no breaks, no issues (we are yet to open our boxes and unpack TVs, but I’m pretty confident that it should be all in order).Again.. thanks for the great help, affordable pricing and masterclass service.I have already shared about this company within my peers and will keep spreading the good word, thank you.”
