The service at this specific location is wonderful. The employees have listened clearly to what I was after and provided what I needed. When something went wrong with the first and second bill (Verizon's fault, not the location) they assisted quickly and with grace and efficiency. Quade stands out to me with his personal, down to earth attitude and excellent customer service skills. Thanks for providing the service that I was looking for!

Love this store! Been going here for years. My latest excursion, I shrunk my keyboard. Lexi and the staff there were so kind and knew right away what to do. They are always helpful and knowledgeable, I appreciate them very much!

“Independent owned store” yeah independent as in they left a guy who just started all by himself. (Nothing against him he was great ) but how irresponsible of management. Disgusting. Will not be a Verizon customer next month

Went here back in April to try and become a Verizon customer. Ordered phones and was told it'll arrive by May 2. That time came no one called. I called 3 times but of course it goes straight to the call center. Tried to get an update on the order and NO ONE could help. Said I had to drive back to the store to get and update. So I de idea to drive there and the order has not been fulfilled yet. Would of been fine if someone had at least given me a courtesy call instead having me wait....... like is this how they treat actual customers? Rep on site told me he was the only one there at the store and the other people were sent there to help. If so you should be briefed on everything that happened while you were gone. Even if you weren't briefed you should at least have the common sense to check if there was anything new. But whatever! Verizon won't be getting my business this time.

So disappointed in customer service at this location. Multiple visits and nothing accomplished. Customer for many years and never experienced this.
Thanks Sabrina for selling me and leaving me hanging and the young bearded man drinking and playing cards for nothing. Call customer service. Nice!

I would not recommend this store to anyone. Brock is usually super helpful with me and everyone else, however, the last couple times I had to go in, he made me feel unwelcome and extremely uncomfortable and I refuse to go back to this location because of these interactions with him. He was very passive aggressive and not helpful at all. On the other hand, Quade and Jason are both very nice and helpful, so if you do go, ask for them!

STAY AWAY! Worst customer experience I've ever had. They said they could save me money by switching to a business plan but then started charging me more. Wait and service times in store are extremely long and unproductive. This is a Victra store, they fall under Verizon's umbrella but are basically worthless. They make promises they don't keep and then if you bring it to their attention, they don't fix them. I have multiple horror stories too long for this post. Go to a different store or a different carrier all together.
