Hello!After more than 20 hours of asking to unlock my SIM card, Ben and a far away tech support Sam got the problem solved.Ben let me use his phone for four hours to troubleshoot with the tech team. Thank You Ben.Ben was kind and patient. He took over the necessary steps to erase my phone and reinstall it successfully.While helping me, Ben also served other customers with the same kindness and patience. Ben is very good at multi tasking. He knows his stuff.Thanks again! Anabel

Thought this was an actual Verizon store, it's not, and they will rip you off. I just bought 2 phones and was charged a $40 'setup' fee for both despite the fact that I set up both phones myself once I got home with them. When I asked what I was being charged for, the guy said 'they have to hunt for promotions'... so basically you pay extra for them to do their job which you could just do yourself from the Verizon app. Do yourself a favor, avoid this place and go to an actual Verizon store.

Purchased a new phone and changed carrier. The store never mailed my old Galaxy S20 back to Verizon resulting in me not receiving hundreds of dollars for my trade in. After multiple contacts between the store and Verizon was told nothing could be done and I was out the money for the trade in.

I stopped in the store to get a new device and Quade helped me out immensely. He was very informative about the packages offered and helped guide me to the best savings for our family. He hooked us up with Internet and we couldn’t be happier. Stop in and ask for Quade!

The is is a busy store and the staff is always trying to help everyone while being courteous. As a customer be prepared to be patient because some problems aren’t always easy to fix.

I was helped my Brock for a second time in 4 months and each time I was amazed by his patience, positivity and ability to multi task under extreme pressure. He was the only one working today and handling 4-5 customers at a time, going back and forth making sure no time was wasted and each customer was being simultaneously served. I know everyone in that store was happy with his service. While I waited I noticed each person, like myself, enters the store with bewilderment and sometimes frustration but each time Brock would ask what brings you in today? He would always follow it up with “I can help you with that.” And he does! Thank you again, Brock, for all your help today. You were delightful and amazing!

My first time there the worker had no idea how to help me, wasn’t super knowledgeable on the phones/products. Just went in today and sat for 15 minutes without being acknowledged. Will go to a different Verizon store from now on.
