“Gretchen was the sweetest! I came in needing a last minute gift and she immediately jumped in to help me and even wrapped everything up so the gift was 100% ready to give. While she was wrapping, I decided to grab a sweater that is now one of my favorites. It’s so soft. She also gave me a quick size suggestion and ushered me into the changing room so I could wear the sweater out. If you want a “feels like shopping with a friend” experience, go to Gretchen’s!”
“I stopped in to the Forest Lake location last Tuesday, April 21 desperately in search of a pair of jeans for an upcoming trip. I went to the store about 30 minutes before closing time and felt bad, because I tried on a bunch of jeans. The two sales associates were younger, and very sweet and helpful and never made me feel rushed, which I greatly appreciate (Even with it being close to closing time). Needless to say, I left with a pair of jeans I absolutely love and unexpectedly purchased a new jean jacket as well. Thank you.”

“One of my favorite shops for classy, high-quality clothing and jewelry! I love how they rotate seasonal features (limited quantities only available for a few months) alongside staples like tank tops, blouses, and leggings. They always have basically every form of clothing available in black, which is super handy for building a versatile wardrobe. I also love how much gold, silver, and bronze metallic colors they have.My favorite items include cropped jackets, chain belts (see picture), mixed metal (silver/gold hybrid) earrings. and lined tank tops. The lined tank tops are a must-have in black, tan, and cream colors.I recently bought my first pair of Chico's pants -- crazy cute with stretchy comfort. I'm 5'7" and need a "tall," so my purchase needed to be shipped. I still got the in-store discount, so that was fine!CONS: Recently, the seasonal inventory has not included cropped jackets or chain belts, which is disappointing. Those elements help fulfill my attempted "rockstar" vibe. The longer blazer style jackets look more corporate or have a super-hip grandma vibe, neither of which I'd like to embrace. The inventory comes from Chico's corporate, so that's not a reflection of this individual store. However, it has occasionally led me across the street to Primp to find more youthful styles. I hope corporate sees this review and brings back more youthful "rockstar" styles.PROS: What's most incredible about the White Bear Chico's is the personalized assistant shopper experience from staff. Every time I visit, I feel catered to... and by multiple staff members at a time! It reminds me of the scene in Pretty Woman where the guy flashes his credit card, says "we're about to spend an OBSCENE amount of money here," and the staff swarms her with clothing, jewelry, shoes and pizza. LOL! While Chico's doesn't offer pizza, they do make you feel like royalty -- no credit card flashing required.”

“I have been blown away by seeing all the nostalgic printed or sown on names of local community playgrounds, schools, historic buildings on their comfortable shirts, hats, hoodies and jackets. I have ordered and purchased online a half a dozen T- Shirts in the past 12 months. I really enjoy hockey!! And, the shirts have ordered include baseball, too! Katlyn was so friendly and knowledgable, she helped size me properly for a bra and turned what has been an awkward and nerve-wracking time in the past into a really great, comfortable experience! “The clothes are really nice and cute, the store is pretty clean and there is a lot of options to choose from. The styles and designs are very pretty, but it’s a bit expensive tho, staff is really nice and I would highly recommended to just go into the store and look for cute stuff but it is kinda expensive, but overall I had a good experience every time I go there!”

I bought around $600 worth of merchandise and he went the extra mile from the start.
Great at multi tasking. He helped me and communicated with every customer as they walked up or by.
Phenomenal communication. He explained every discount and why they were being applied. He was very careful and considerate when it came to bagging my purchase.
He also related to me about the Toy Story doll I bought my son. We joked about a movie called “small soldiers” we both had watched as kids. A very genuine and memorable interaction you usually don’t get in the “real world.”
To top it all off I left my receipt on the counter and John ran it to me before I could get to my car.
All in all I couldn’t have been more pleased. There’s not much difference from store to store so it’s the people like John who truly make these trips stand out.”

I came in for an exchange that i bought in Las Vegas and was uncertain of whether or not the return can even happen. As I was about to leave she reached out to her DM (she didn't need to do that) and was able to do the return. I appreciate her so much as I did drive an hr to get to this location. However, I wasn't going to argue, I understand policy, so I am definitely greatful to her. Great customer service! Great attitude! Thank you!”

“Kohl's in Lino Lakes is above & beyond the BEST Kohl's in Minnesota. I shop here often & have for many years, however today exemplified why I do. After placing an oline order, getting a run around by another location (nearer my mom's), hung up on by Kohl's claims department, and sent away by a UPS delivery store regarding two missing pieces of my online order, the manager on duty (Laurie) at my Kohl's made it right (along with cashier, who called her over to help us). I was so grateful for their excellent customer service and empathy, and I personally felt their commitment to their customers. This is the kind of customer experience that makes you come back.”
