To say im Disgusted is an over statement. So my father just DIED, meaning that he is no longer living. Right? situations like this usually immedietly call for some form of sympathy right? not at good ol Verizon tho.long story short, father had a smart phone with them. $130 left on the phone.Verizon agent: "bring us the smartphone and we will write off/refund $130"They will not give the full amount of the phone back. In short if you don't give the phone back we will charge the 130 to the acct on file.Instead of starting with sorry to hear about the loss of your father. (This would be a good time to look at the customers acct and see how long he has been with us.) Don't worry abou the 130 and keep the phone would be the best option but nope.Verizon, instead of taking an opportunity to make a good impression on the family of said customer decides nope we don't care how long he has been with us and don't care if your family is grieving. So verizon would rather lose multiple customers rather than CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.think about the amount of money verizon has earned during the time of me typing this or the person that is reading this. I currently am a verizon customer but after today i will now be an ATT customer. I will never again recommend or have service with Verizon and I will carry this story with me forever.Verizon you can do better.Sincerly,Your dead customer's son.

The local Worthington store is closed so I called here to see if they had the phone I needed in stock. They informed me that they did so I took time off of work to drive to this location. When I arrived I was informed that they in fact DID NOT have it.
