“Love how friendly and customer service is great. They can be slow but when I show up they are usually slammed and dont have enough ppl working, which isn't their fault. It's the person in charge who does the scheduling but you never know when it could pick up and slow down. Theres has been times were my script was sent to them and they didn't have it? Adter a couple times of sending it I finally called my doctor and found out he was sending the wrong one. Wasn't the pharmacy fault at all. I've been shorted meds and did some digging to find out why. Found out my insurance didn't cover all if it. They have rushed things and always worked with me. I feel bad for the people who have been treated poorly by customers because they have a job to do. Since its medical it's not exactly and easy job.”
