Signup was easy. The bid process and website were easy to navigate and save the items I was interested in. When I got to the location to pick up my items the Steffes staff was there to help me get it loaded. Great experience!

Its was a great experience as they were very organized and it was easy to get my auction winnings. First when you go through the door and to the left, and at the service desk you pay for the won auction items. Next you go out to the shop and to the left to another service desk which then someone help you find your stuff and help load it. Anyway it seamed very streamlined and efficient. Thanks

Great! Online is easy to use. Just make sure you look at the items location, they cover the entire Midwest. I have purchased several times with no issues. Staff is always helpful and friendly.
