“Couldn’t be Happier with the Staff at Maaco, The General Manager Adam was the most professional person I’ve worked with. While I was in with my son he was helping us and one of the gals up front took a call from an upset customer who was yelling about a mirror. He wasn’t too happy but Adam stepped in and handled it with professionalism and grace. He didn’t miss a beat even though the older gal was a little shaken up. He excused himself from helping us, took care of the call and then came right back and finished with us. Normally I don’t take to writing reviews but in this case I had to because the customer in question was rude, screaming at staff over not being open on a holiday and complaining about god knows what else. But Adam addressed the issue calmly and was able to work it out while politely letting the gentlemen know that it was unnecessary to treat his staff that way. It was nice to see how caring he was towards the staff and the customers. Would highly recommend these guys to work on your car. They also did a fantastic job on my son’s vehicle.”

“This location did an amazing job of repairing and replacing my back bumper and a portion of my lift gate after a fender-bender accident. Service Advisor Kristie always kept me in the loop as to how the repairs were going and where they were at in the process. I got my car before the expected finish date which is an added plus. I will definitely go there again if need be.”

“Came here to get all my seats cleaned with the "Upholstery Shampoo" option. They did great and i was very satisfied with the job.
A few weeks later, I spilled orange soda on my passenger seat and stained the entire bottom section. I made an appointment back here with Five Stars Auto Detailing, and the guy upfront noticed that they already did my car once before and told me he'd clean my passenger seat with NO CHARGE. “I drove approximately 45 When I walked in the female employee greeted me and asked if she could help. I replied that I had perhaps spoken to her about the issue on the phone. I needed the remotes for starting my vehicle reprogrammed because I had changed my battery and it wiped everything. The employee came outside and jumped in my vehicle and reprogrammed everything within 3 minutes. I was asking her what I owed her as she was walking inside and she turned around and replied “ Nothing “; with a smile and she added “ Happy Holidays “. I replied with a”Thank you very much and Happy Holidays too! “ I didn’t get her name but I’m sure she’ll find this review. Thank you so much. You are exactly the kind of person/business that we need in this city.”

“I was looking for a local car detailer and came across Antawn on Google. I saw he was well reviewed and I now know why. I reached out last night, we set up and appointment for 10am today, and my car was finished by 3pm. I live close by so he even picked me up and dropped me off! He did a great job making the salt buildup vanish on the floor mats. The dash looked great, floors were spotless, weather tech was glistening, and the nooks of compartments cleaned. I'll be coming back when my girlfriend's vehicle needs a cleaning. Great job!”

“Very good price, but not a perfect job: a bit of spots on clear surfaces, cleaning residue left behind, and it wasn't clear how to get a hold of them. They did call about a half hour beyond the time estimate they gave me, but when I called the number it did not reach a human or even a typical automatic answering machine.”
“Brought my car In for a PDR and detail. I was amazed at how nicely they did with the detailing. The car looks nicer than it did when I took delivery of it from Audi. I was even surprised that they got the car wash brush marks out. I can't be happier with the work they did. Thank you Troy and gang!”
“I have had a membership for a few years. I get unlimited car washes and owning a black car means that I really use it. I wouldn't consider mister car wash if you just need an occasional car wash. You really have to be committed to get your moneys worth. I have been to a few locations throughout the twin cities and Roseville is my favorite. The staff are great, quick, efficient, and do the best (in my opinion of all the locations) at cleaning the interior.”

“They have a subscription service that is great value and convenience. It helps to motivate you to keep your car clean (need to get your money's worth)! Check with them on their options of each subscription - it's not too expensive!”
“Been a member here for the past year plus+ and I love it it’s always so fun to watch the wash, you can get the attendant to do the inside of the car too but depending what your membership entails you might have to pay extra for it but still a steel compared to the other car wash options ! A basic member pays under 30$ a month! If you go three times it’s worth the money and it’s not a big line ever due to the quickness of the process so it’s up to you if you decide not to pay for a membership you can go pay for a single wash if you like just to try it out. Go see if it’s worth the cost to you . I highly recommend trying for yourself.”
“Ill just put it this way, we live in carver county and we drive to this particular mister car wash. Sure there's other a lot closer to us but their team really does a great job getting you in and detailing your vehicle. See for yourself.”
