I can always depend on CVS Pharmacy to get my prescriptions ready as quickly as possible and the location on Rice Street is convenient for me. And I appreciate the drive-thru availability.

The staff here are always so helpful and friendly. The manager? Wonderful! Today I bought some probiotics, when I left I remembered I had added a coupon to my card... but it didn't come up on the self checkout screen to apply it.. ugh. So I went back later that night, with my receipt and a picture of the coupon that should have come up to apply. Ryan didn't hesitate to reimburse me for the un-applied coupon. He even went above and beyond and instead offered me $5 extraCareBucks for my trouble. I told him thank you and that I appreciated him. It's wonderful to deal w a manager that no hesitation corrects the problem and especially when they go beyond your expectations!! Thank you Ryan, I appreciated the customer service and I appreciate you.

I've consistently had positive experiences at this location. The employees tend to be friendly and helpful, and the shelves are well-stocked. I appreciate that they have a drive-thru. Pay attention to the signage for the drive-thru, though. They typically only have one lane open (the left one). There's plentiful parking if you need to go inside. I'm deducting a star because the self checkout always seems to be broken when I'm there, and it leads to long lines. I can't count on a quick visit.

Make an appointment just to be turned away because they don't know how to do a job. Now I see why this location gets bad reviews.
