Couldn’t be Happier with the Staff at Maaco, The General Manager Adam was the most professional person I’ve worked with. While I was in with my son he was helping us and one of the gals up front took a call from an upset customer who was yelling about a mirror. He wasn’t too happy but Adam stepped in and handled it with professionalism and grace. He didn’t miss a beat even though the older gal was a little shaken up. He excused himself from helping us, took care of the call and then came right back and finished with us. Normally I don’t take to writing reviews but in this case I had to because the customer in question was rude, screaming at staff over not being open on a holiday and complaining about god knows what else. But Adam addressed the issue calmly and was able to work it out while politely letting the gentlemen know that it was unnecessary to treat his staff that way. It was nice to see how caring he was towards the staff and the customers. Would highly recommend these guys to work on your car. They also did a fantastic job on my son’s vehicle.

One of the worst experiences in my life!! I will never use a Maaco again. The manager tells me to call him the next day then magically he cannot talk all of the sudden, getting the cover on a car has taken over a month because Adam cannot keep his word. No follow ups no nothing! The worst group of people to ever work in a customer service role!
Then the manager calls me and starts yelling on the phone cause I raised my voice in frustration, saying I came on a day when they were closed.
His employee told me it was ok to come yesterday a Monday on a holiday. Then he told me to call him back on a Tuesday to be yelled at by him.
It is like dealing with a giant man baby, that got his little feelings hurt.

Great paint job although I did have to return a week later because they forgot to paint something and do something else they were supposed to do. I would highly recommend regardless of the hiccup.

Cory was very helpful during the entire process. Got my parts needed to fix bumper, lights and the paint in a timely manner. Got my car in and out within a day!

My son’s SUV was done within 2 weeks after he had hit a deer and had some major damage done to his from and side of his vehicle. They did a very nice paint job and worked with us on pricing. We would recommend this shop to our friends and family. Thank you Maaco Team!

Friendly service especially Mary at front desk. Price was reasonable and was very good when picked up it looked like it was detailed in addition to work done on drivers side and rear tail gate

Do not bother going to this shop because quality is not guaranteed. When you first step into the shop, it looks messy and unprofessional.
The price may be cheap, but the quality is not good enough. If you are looking for quality and professional work, look elsewhere.
