Went in to upgrade phones. Store was supposed to open @10am got there at 10:25am and store was closed with no one insight. This is the 3rd time at this location no one has been there on time to open.

Leaving my first ever negative review here. Horrendous experience going in to activate a new phone. Went in to activate and employee asked for ANY phone number in my phone plan and when given a phone number, it was clarified that the number given was not the phone number for the new phone that was being activated and the employee acknowledged the clarification. After, she activated the new phone with the number that was given, the number that was clarified to not belong to the new phone being activated, and it was then stated that the phone was not to be activated with that number because it did not belong to the phone and the employee then turns the situation around and continuously points fingers claiming that she had no way of knowing the number provided did not belong to the new phone and the blame is not on her and is absolutely on the individual activating the phone; this was stated multiple times by the employee. This whole situation had costed a surcharge that was absolutely avoidable had both parties stuck to the statements that were said and the acknowledgments that were made the entire process. The phone that did belong to the phone number provided is now deactivated and the employee then basically portrayed an attitude of "oh well, then get it fixed". Unsure of employee name but they were the only one in the store during the time of around 5pm on 04/21/2022 and they were female.

I was told by Metro to go to an in-person store so at brick-and-mortar store I went to this store I was kind of in a hurry I had my daughter with me and the customer service agent stood there on her Bluetooth and continued to talk to somebody else instead of helping us there's no customer service at MetroPCS

These people will SCAM YOU!! I went in to see if I was eligible for an upgrade. I was, and the guy was charging me RETAIL price ($159.99) when it should have been $69.99 before taxes and $99 after taxes. Dont fall for these people go to a different location!!!
