Terrible. 0 stars. To start, the parking lot is annoying and tight. The store was very busy and they had about 10-15 minutes until closing time when I visited and while I was looking around, they turned off the lights. No joke, they literally turned off the lights before closing time and while there were still customers in the shop. The selection of items was also poor. Absolutely terrible. Not recommended.

Anything of value goes out the door with the workers after being under-priced and the scraps left are dingy and over-priced. And the staff is so unprofessional, they play games at the register, helping customers out of order, purposely slowing down some check outs, ... the list goes on and on.

Just want to say I have shopped here a long time and have been pleased with it. That said, have noticed a vast difference in pricing in the last couple years. Like, $7 for a small wicker basket? I dont know how they come up with pricing, but these items are donated and USED. Much depreciation once something is used. I know it goes to a great cause, but maybe they would have more luck in sales if they had more affordable pricing. It's a "thrift" store, and people expect thrift prices for USED items. Disapponted.

I have been going here for 4 years now. The people are so kind and helpful. I liked it before the remodel & I know it has only gotten better. Come check it out. Convenient location & lots of parking, easy to find.

Went there a week ago, tried to drop off a new pair of winter womens boots, was told they don't accept donations until 11:00 am even though there were 4 volunteers in the store. Went back this morning after 11:00 am and was told they don't take donations on Monday, again there were several volunteers in the store. The "manager" said the information was on their website and on the door. We will be using GOODWILL from now on. They just couldn't take one brand new pair of women's winter boots.

4.5/5 This review is for a New Day Thrift in Little Canada - I hope this is the right place! I tried to park here during the Little Canada citywide garage sales - they have a huge parking lot and it was empty before they opened - I got a good stink eye from an employee walking in and someone else came out to tell us we had to move even before we left the car - aight, should have parked in back where you wouldn't have noticed.... Anyway, after we were done saleing - we did come back to dig through this place and I loved it. Prices are extremely low and there are plenty of good things to find! I bought some things just because of the price (do I really need two pictures of chickadees in heart shaped frames? Or a toy dragon? Or a puzzle? Or a mug with vegetables on it? Of course not!) I also found some really cute booties - I would love to go back and spend more time someday!

This store used to be a gem. It is now a barren and stressful store. Also- the new management is HORRIBLE. Micro management and long long check out time. Bad vibes! Also what is this sign on the wall?

Very nice clothes. You know how you find out about a great cheap place to shop and you go there and become disappointed. Not here at New Day Thrift Store. I went for the first time on a Monday and all clothes were a 1.00, yes. One dollar. Its hard to find my sizes in nice clothes, but I found tops, pants and a dress. No holes, no faded colors, just nice used items. I hope they continue providing good used items in addition to clothes.

There is not as large a selection as maybe a Goodwill or Salvation Army thrift store but the items they had were appealing and well laid out and the pricing was very competitive to those other stores. They also offer free bread daily to whomever might need it and employ a diverse staff of volunteers whom were polite and helpful.Of note, be advised they do not offer a public restroom and you won't find one anywhere else within the complex they occupy or neighboring addresses; that said, plan accordingly.

It’s a small yet very special place to shop, I had very friendly staff helping me find stuff I needed they even offer to go to the back to check if they had the stuff I was looking for, you can find very unique and awesome treasures there! I think is becoming my favorite thrift to shop! And it’s local!
