Brought my 2015 Sienna XLE here for a diagnosis, and it was reasonably priced. The chief mechanic, Kue, was very knowledgeable. He was able to source the cause of my van's issues and able to inform me on what I needed to replace, to resolve my problem. The cost of the replacement was well-priced for the sensor, and he was able to give me options to fix my budget, which I really appreciated. The team at Seren Autos had great communication and customer service. They're funny and friendly and fun to talk with, but ultimately, they were able to get my job done at a great price. I'd highly recommend anyone to go here for future auto services.

Took my car to get rotors and pads replaced. A year later my rotors are all scratched up and pads are worn completely. My regular mechanic said the pads looked like they were never replaced. My son took his car to get a leak fixed and paid $900. A month later it starts leaking again. I will not be coming back

Tou is very helpful explaining what's wrong with your car and how to fix it. I feel good knowing he is taking care of my vehicle in a timely manner at a fair price.

FRAUD. I was sold a ‘Prior Salvage’ without disclosing! It already was the most bizarre and rude car sales experience of my life, but now it was far and away the most DISHONEST too.

I bought a Toyota Rav4...6 months ago and I had a great experience with Seren Auto. All the paperwork was handled in a timely matter , received my plates and I have been buzzing around town ever since. I have sent a couple other friends in the market for a car your direction! Thank you for the great SUV!

My son was moving to Colorado for college and we needed to buy a Honda CRV AWD to make this trip. I seen the ad on craigs list and we called Giorgi to set a time to see it. WOW! what a beautiful car it was! with cash in hand we took it for a test drive and everything was awesome - we purchased the car and happily drove away - matter of fact my son left with next day (in January) and has been driving it since with no issues at all. Giorgi takes PRIDE in his business and only sells vehicles that are worthy of his price tag. I can't wait to purchase my next vehicle from Seren Auto :) and a big "thank you" to his detailer who does a fantastic job - it was so nice under the hood it looked like it just rolled off the assembly line!! it's the best place to purchase a used Honda CRV or a Mercedes SUV - they know these cars!! see you again soon!

Rude, and incompetent. Owner seemed annoyed when I looked at the car, I left right away. This place is trash, and I would not spend a single penny here.

The owner had a rude attitude towards me and my family as I, a home mechanic, was checking out a vehicle with my scan computer and looking at things under the hood. The vehicle was in decent shape, but had incomplete monitor tests. The owner kept telling me it was a good car, but my computer said otherwise. He did not like me going through the vehicle to check engine oil, tranny fluid, lights, A/C, heat; he just said everything works. How do I know things work if I don't test it myself?
The owner hesitated about a test drive, seemed like he wanted us to buy it afterwards. I told him if I test drive the vehicle, I will make a decision to buy it afterwards or not. He agreed.
Took the vehicle for a short drive but he seemed very rushed. After the test drive, we went inside and I told him I will go home and make a decision and come back when I want it. He said "You made my car dirty and now you don't want to buy it?" Then shut the door on me and I walked away. He failed to realize I was very serious about this vehicle inspection as I wanted to make the most out of my investment.
Turn around and go somewhere else if you are serious about your investment.

We had contacted the seller after seeing an ad on CL for a Honda CRV that we were interested in checking out on a Saturday. When we spoke with him on the phone he stated that if he is showing it to us - we need to buy it. We thought he was joking - only things got progressively worse as our interactions increased. We met him at his shop and he brought us into the garage to see the car we were interested in. There were 7 cars packed into the garage and the one we were there to see was located in the far back corner on the right side. The car looked clean and in good condition so we were interested. The owner seemed to be flexible on the price a bit which was nice. We wanted to run it to our mechanic before making a purchase - as anyone selling a used car should be open to have done. The owner stated he did not have time today as he had "200 appointments" to get through - but maybe later in the week. He insisted his cars were in great condition and we told him that may be the case - but we need to make sure before purchasing. He also stated that we could not test drive or drive the vehicle as his insurance only covers him as the driver. He seemed annoyed that he felt we had wasted his time. It was a red flag for me but my partner had thought he was probably just busy so we will follow up later. Giving him the benefit of the doubt - we contacted him 2 days later to find a time that would work to bring the car to our mechanic as he had informed us previously that he had to drive it. The mechanic we preferred was only a 10 minute drive from his shop so should not have been that much of an inconvenience. He stated that he was only going to do this if we were going to buy the car. We told him that we were obviously interested as we wouldn't just spend money on an inspection for the hell of it. My partner had told him that if he is not interested in selling the car - to just let us know so we can move on. The owner stated he would think about it and we should call back tomorrow. The following day the owner demanded that we supply a deposit on the vehicle prior to him agreeing to bring it in to the mechanic with us and that there would be no flexibility any longer on his asking price - that it would be at full cost. We did not ask for the price flexibility from the start - he had offered that so it became clear he was just trying to escalate on whatever issues he believed he had reason to have. We ended our conversation as dealing with this man was ridiculous and unprofessional. The fact that he kept pushing the purchase of the vehicle or paying a deposit, making it difficult to schedule an inspection, and continuously became combative with us over the phone made it appear he had something to hide. I don't know if he has been burned before which resulted in this attitude - but we will be bringing our business elsewhere.
