They are charging 300 to repair a Toro snow blower we bought from them a year ago. They said they'll look at it and never said anything about diagnostic fee. Should've never brought it back to them.

Bad customer service. I also bought a bobcat from them but they won't rent me an attachment unless I use a credit card. I don't use credit cards.You should check out how Hejny rental operates, so much more smooth and efficient. Better pricing too!

I had an incident happen last summer where one of there employees lied about what me and that employee had talked about for payments. I had multiple pieces of equipment rented and that employee kept telling me I was good and we could settle up when I brought them both back. During that time I made multiple attempts to pay my balance and was told by employee that nope I was good just pay it up when I return them. Well after one attempt from Mark the Manager to call me, I found out I was not good because they came and repoed both machines. The second I found out what was going on I flew down there and paid everything up right away. Worst experience of my life renting. That employee got let go and I was treated like a dirt bag. No attempt on there part to apologize or make anything right. Now instead of renting close to home I travel all over the metro to rent from anyone but them! It's not everyone one there, they do have some great people that work for them. But after that incident with Mark and that employee I don't ever want to deal with them again. It's too bad because a simple apology would've made all the difference.
