I normally don’t leave reviews but this one bothered me. All I was doing was making a simple wire transfer and she needed her manager who was “on a lunch break”. Simone is not great. Recommend going to a different branch.

Absolute disaster, systems down and NO customer service. Invested 3h to access customer service since I was not able to contact them. There is no way to get in touch efficiently. I asked for service and spanish and was turned off. I do not mean to be a Karen but dear Management, I am your customer. Please call me. I have no way to access my funds and make deposits. Will change bank account ASAP.

Unprofessional. I would rather going to another branch instead of going here. Simone treated customers like they are her children. I heard a lot of bad reviews about her but I never thought she was really that unprofessional and disrespect like that until I experienced it. She kept saying it is not her duty and she could not do it while other branch solved it in 5 minutes.

Went in for my first time ever yesterday. Bank teller looked at me as though I was stupid for the request I had. It was a simple form I needed filled out for direct deposit and he made the transaction a lot longer than needed. Hoping to not be back.

No one ever answers phones, lines never work. Basically tells customers do not bother us. They say it's because they're short staffed yet every time I go there's always someone not doing a thing. I don't get it but whatever. Just my experience and observations.. both just this branch but most US Bank branches . Every day I consider moving my money elsewhere.

This is the second time I have come into this branch and had the teller try and shame me into signing up for a credit card with him. He always starts the conversation “why do you use your debit card so often???” (My last transactions were Speedway and Venmo). And then proceeds to explain to me in the most condescending tone about how I’m being irresponsible with my money. I asked you to deposit money into my account sir, not man-splain how to pay off credit cards instead. Thanks for looking at my bank account and asserting your opinion I didn’t ask for TWICE. Get a new approach.

’m waiting for banker front of Simone while she free. Then another customer come behind me ask how long I’m already wait for same time with my phone ringing then Simone ask me to leave for the Gentleman behind me get in bc I answered my phone for 20 seconds. She said I have to make appointment to see banker even the Gentleman behind me doesn’t have it. I have business acc with US bank but I think I will move to credit union with better customer service. The most important is that she sit in her chair call the customer as her children.

I have been satisfied with the US bank service in Little Canada Minnesota. There have not been many issues using this bank. However, they are sometimes not open as they were advertised to be. TO MUCH OF THIS CAN RESULT IN A BANK CHANGE!!

I am a long term US Bank customer. I am currently standing in the lobby w/one customer at the teller. I have been here for seven minutes. Another teller has been standing behind a closed teller window looking busy. Absolute zero acknowledgment that I have been waiting an excessive amount of time. Horrible branch

How does it take 15 min to withdraw 1000 dollars. Maybe because I was of color they wanted to do extra verifications, but I was a manager at a bank 15× more busier. Its 1000 deposit from payroll from a different bank. I hate going there, but its the only branch close to my house
