The grounds and storage units are clean. The garage doors close tight without signs of rust or disrepair. I really like that the grounds are surrounded by fence with a secure entrance onto the property. I feel confident that my property is safe with SROA.

I needed to rent two separate units, but was unable to do so at one time so I called in to speak to a representative. Not only did she tell me they still needed to be rented separately even through her, they only honored the 30% off for the first three months on one of the two units. The whole experience took over an hour and 10 minutes just to rent two units.

Supposed to be a locked unit with keypad entry but almost all winter the gate was wide open allowing access to anyone now they finally put a new one up and the dang thing won't open. I don't pay to be completely locked out of my storage unit. Not impressed with this at all!

I've had a storage with insurance through them for a couple years now and haven't yet had any issues! A great place to rent a storage through!
