I’ve never had a better sales associate than Andrew. Super friendly and helpful. Transmission had went out on our 16 hr drive home to Indiana. Staff took the vehicle as a trade in and found us a replacement vehicle. The staff did everything they could to help get us back on the road home. Our Salesman Ron called the next morning to ask how the new vehicle was going and how far we made it. Thank you all!

Had a great experience! Saw the truck online and inquired on it, got an immediate response back and they were very reasonable! Went there that afternoon and was in and out with one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dealership and a new truck that I’m very very happy with. Recently traded my Ram in, for another Ram! The staff were courteous, helpful and cared about my questions. I dealt with Andrew Nicol, very nice young man. Kept me in the loop with all that was going on, answered any questions I had. Would definitely buy from him again!

Everything was good except we have a low tire that has to be fixed goes low daily and leak in the exhaust, also had to charge the air conditioning. The washer fluid also had to be filled. We would have thought this would have been done thru service. Other than that we are pleased with the van we purchased.

Was able to finance a vehicle through Morries, Andrew and Tom were great, They were able to understand my needs and helped get me into a 2016 jeep that fit what I was looking for, payment options were nice and the extended warranty gives a great peace of mind knowing that for the life of my loan my car is covered front to back top to bottom. Definitely impressed with their help.

We had an excellent car buying experience at Morrie’s in Little Falls. I found a vehicle at another Morrie’s location and they arranged to bring the Little Falls location to save me from driving to the Metro. Jeff, Matt and Dan were all really good to work with. We arrived at the dealership and 8:30 am and we were on our way home by 10:00 am! The fastest car deal I ever made!

I'm disappointed in the service we have received with our 2020 Ram. Purchased it new from Brandls. Then about a month or so ago it started to have a problem starting. We brought it in for service. They told us everything was good , did an oil change etc. advised us to buy new Fob batteries so we did. Thinking this problem was solved we came home. Guess what? Still will randomly decide not to start! So frustrating...now in addition to it not starting at times, the back up camera and the phone connection aren't working all the time either. We called set up an appointment for Monday, dropped the truck off Sunday night so they would have it early Monday, with instructions to please call us so we could describe what was happening. No calls so finally we called and left a message late morning, no return call so we called againat 3:30 and someone answered... talked with a Mgr?? He said they just can't find anything wrong and that it must be our FOBS so with new batteries they both went out at the same time?? Doubtful! Then he tells us that we need to purchase an upgrade for our radio so it will work properly?? What the heck? Really? So now what? We have a very expensive truck we can't depend on? By the way we also bought a new 2022 RAM from them...wonder what will happen to that?? So dissatisfied!Aren't you supposed to be able to diagnose and repair Ram trucks there? We drive 2 hours each time we have to bring it in so 4 hours a trip to drop it off and pick it up x2 so far. We bought the extended warranty for both trucks, for what, if they can't fix it?So frustratedTeresa

Wow, Morrie's you really did it this time. Selling a family a truck that the engine light comes on thirty miles after we leave the lot. We called, emailed, even went back. You told us because it's a used truck with higher miles, you couldn't help us. Our loss. We brought it to our mechanic who says it needs a new engine. We felt going to a larger dealership that we wouldn't get a lemon and we totally did. Thank you for nothing. I will forever talk down in your business. I hope you burn.
