I was greeted as soon as I walked in, bathroom was clean, I was helped promptly, they had my 1st Phorm energy flavors that I wanted in stock (screamin’ freedom and orange sunrise). When I got to the counter the lady asked if I had rewards and entered my number for me because I had my hands full and then used my name, thanking me for coming in and wished me a good day. The other team members were smiling and courteous as well. This was probably one of the best gas station experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you! I will go out of my way to shop here again when I’m in town!

Totally unimpressed with the service. Very inappropriate language from the cashier. Definitely not meant for customer service work. Probably will not return.

Order a pizza today. Pizza was done in a timely matter, customer service was great, even waited till we got there to put the lettuce and chips on the pizza. Great experience.

We ordered a pizza from east side caseys tonight. Went to pick up at 6:30, cuz they said it would be ready. They claimed no order was put in. I told the guy to check again he said oh there was a order but there's no ticket so someone else must have picked it up. Dude! You didn't make it!! Thanks for nothing caseys east side.

If someone in the place had half a brain they would run laps around anyone working there. I dont know why I keep going here but I want to walk out and not buy anything everytime. Its always a ten minute wait in line because someone can't focus on their job or quit talking for 2 minutes to do a transaction. Then when you finally get up there they can't even ring it up correctly. Its not just a few people its all the way up to management. Strongly advise you to try holiday up the road or maybe even the other caseys but this place is the worst

I ordered a pizza for delivery and it never showed up. I called for almost 20 minutes. And the guy that answered the phone who took my order played stupid and pulled the I'm new here card. Over an hour later and no pizza. Pathetic disappointment.
