I had an online order for pickup and i was parked in back taking up a spot for a very long time. I called different locations I called a handful of times to the people in that area inside the store about my order and trying to brainstorm how to solve the problem of simply locating exactly what was on my list I was sitting there trying to figure out how and what to do and I was running out of options and patience but still keeping a calmer demeanor with the employees that were working because it wasn't their fault. Most definitely a technical thing, still not one that can be bippitty boppitty boo'd by just anyone either (by one of the few higher up IT guys though maybe....). That morning I was very grateful that my case worker was able to order me a few things for groceries to get through the weekend and we discussed where to pick it up. This location had better options as far as times to pick up times. Thought maybe it could have ended up at a different location nearby since my address is in between two locations that are almost equal distances. My ma ended up calling while I was trying to figure it out. I was in a bit of distress because I was worried I drove all this way and I'm going to go home with nothing (especially driving my roommates 06 b silverado that gets 12 miles to the gallon). I found out that it wasn't under my case managers name, my name, I had no order number cuz she never sent it to me she did however put in all of my contact info(phone#, email to get the info/updates). I n im my⁶ouldt brainstorm this issue wasn't off the phone long but she also called me back soon after, she had called the store manager at that time to see if there was anything he could do to help. You came all the way out to the truck I was driving extending the whole situation and pointed out that I did have a screen recording of entire list that I had sent so it could be put together and Tyler [store manager] was asked if there was anything possibly odd item that was on the list and thankfully somehow somewhere when we were both about to lose hope, he found my order! He was a shining example and most definitely leading by it. So thank you to everybody that was working last Friday and helped me get those groceries. I don't know the last time I received such outstanding service

Walmart is never a positive experience. I wanted to buy a TV and at least 3 employees saw us waiting and there was no offer of help. After 30 minutes we just left.

Got a flat tire on our RV on the way across country. Ended up in little falls Minnesota and Travus went above and beyond to help us find tires and parts we needed in a town we didn’t know. I don’t know what we would have done without his help as he not only helped us but taught us all about RV tires as new RV owners. Even though everything was closing down he still took his time to help us come up with a plan! We couldn’t have been stuck at a better place. Travus is a gem and made us feel safe and supported through this whole process. Literally have never had better customer service and also gained a really neat friend on our journey!
