Very unprofessional. Overcharged and still I have not got a my tax returns. No one calls back. Over 10 plus years of having them prepare my taxes. Never again. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

They're literally the best at this H&R Block! We feel so welcomed whenever we go there, it's almost like we're extended family or something. I just love these ladies. Patty and Julie are life savers! We always wait until the last min for everything and they still make everything happen in order and it seems so effortless for them! Amazing tax place and I would give it more than 5 stars if I could! Highly recommend to anyone and everyone!!! Thank you very much ladies for all your hard work and for being there to answer questions pretty much 24/7, i honestly don't know what we'd do without you!

Read online that they help small businesses with taxes and signed up for what it said was an in person meeting with a tax expert to discuss my specific situation. Then received a call saying they don’t actually do that. Very disappointed. Update your webcite instead of wasting my time and advertising services you don’t offer.

I received what looked like an automated response from H&R block from my first review. I will give that response 2 stars for acknowledging my review. My plan for the future is to claim about 10 dependents so I will have to pay taxes. So if they steal that from me, it will be no financial loss. Anyway, still no resolution in site and no $3000+ tax return from 2022.
