“It was time to have my oxygen machine looked at. Casey showed up and was extremely patient with me, as I forgot he was coming today (actually I forgot today was Thursday ) He was very polite, courteous and professional and thankfully he understood my odd sense of humor ;) Casey is a true asset to your company, and you are lucky to have him representing your company! I hope your company realizes a quality employee when they have one, and recognizes Casey for his hard work and his attention to detail! Normally I dread visits like this but he made the visit easy and stress free!”
