“While traveling on vacation, blew out boat trailer bearing on a Saturday traveling on Hwy 371 to northern Minnesota....It's an old trailer but bearings were within 2 years of being replaced and were greased recently. Called Ray's around 11am and they had boat/trailer picked up on a flatbed and towed to shop within 30 minutes from breaking down on the highway. Unfortunately, getting parts was an issue on a Saturday/Sunday and had to wait until Monday. Ray had everything repaired and ready to roll by 2pm Monday and our vacation snafu was over. Picked it up and had it on the water by 4:30pm that afternoon!!! Can't say enough about these guys as we were 10 hours from home. Quick, honest and got the job done as fast as they could.....Thanks Ray!! Appreciate it!!! -M. Rose”

“They worked well with our insurance. Unfortunately, the car was totaled out.
There was something on the car that we needed them to remove; a license plate frame.
They held onto that for us for a number of months, and did a great job of having it available for us for pickup, when we were back up in that area.”
