Just left the store returning a battery core. The cashier was completely rude. She tried scanning the old dead Napa battery like 5 times. I asked her if I could have my receipt back and showed her the 10 dollar core. She told me I'm not explaining it good, and I told her it's just a standard core return. She then went back to trying to scan the old Napa brand battery. I told her again that battery won't scan, it's a core. She tells me again that I'm not explaining it right to her in a tone like I'm the idiot. Then tells me I'm causing trouble, and she's going to trespass me from the store lol. Posting the receipt for time stamp for video. I hope management watches videos because she was the only one out of line. My receipt says ashley, I don't know if that's the right person, but I won't be back till she's gone.

Did not have the item I needed even though website listed it in stock. Had to buy larger bottle instead. Cashier was not customer service oriented at all. He didn’t say anything to me and was so slow.

If you farm I would highly recommend this place for fencing supplies. Price match is pretty sweet and farm account is more convenient to use than competitors. No arguing that I'm using something for farm use, like fence posts!
