Very poor customer service, and snobby desk ladies. They won't do any sort of cash handling without an account number, when I've been serviced multiple times without one.

What had happened to US Bank?Been a happy customer for 20 plus years.Just left the coborns location where they proudly lowered the gate promptly at 4 pm and left two customers standing in awe????When asked their priority closing at precisely 4 pm or customers I was told they must close at 4 pm.By the way I had just driven thru their drive thru location and that was closed before 4 pm.Coborns employee said all sick today at that location?What has happened to my bank????

Don't waste your time going to the usbank in Corborns. The older lady will give you every excuse, run around why she wont or will not cash or deposit your check. She is rude n has no clue on how to be a bank teller! This has happened over three times. I will never go to that bank again. That being said I have never had any problems with any usbank but this one! I have been a usbank customer for over 12 years.
