“We had checked out the Stax right before the property was finished, but it wasn’t until this summer that we landed here. Grace and Ashley were stellar in moving the application along swiftly as we were displaced by an unfortunate construction error at a previous rental property. We are enjoying the semiprivate entrance and garage. My pup appreciates the dog run turf rather than walking on stones. The finishes are much nicer than some other area properties and the cabinets are quality. The units feel less like apartments and more like condos. Maintenance has been promptly handled. Walkability is fantastic - nice to be able to support the local businesses and sit by the lake.”
