Scheduled an appointment for myself and 91 year old mother days in advance. When we got there they had taken so many walk ins that they no longer had time for our scheduled appointments and asked us to wait 29 minutes. They do not honor their scheduled customers. We did not wait and got in right away at fabulous nails in long lake. They actually appreciated us and our business.

Im from out of town and figured that I would treat my 7 year old niece to her first experience getting her nails done for Christmas. First I come from Phoenix Arizona where I get my nails and toes and eyebrows done and a tip less than what we paid for last week ! One … my brother wife ended up paying for my niece because it was absolutely ridiculous expensive 93 dollars for a full set and a full in 70 something… come on I understand everything is expensive these days but really??? At least instead of water you should give hot coffee or cocoa or soda or maybe wine!! You don’t do the wax on the hands or give a massage… Also you claim it’s a “ SPA” with only 2 people actually doing nails and one person doing pedicures and one person putting nails on bouncing back and forth not good customer service you need to hire more people and speaking in your language is not professional either ! The experience that my niece had was not good and she had asked me and my sister in law is this that in every nail place and she’s 7 years old!! Thanks for the highway robbery!!! 93 dollars down the drain because you did such a bad job with my nails that the first thing I did when I got back to Phoenix was I called my girl and she corrected what you have done ! And I was charged only 25 dollars ! What a difference in price and I got some wine and a latte

I go to Inails regularly and highly recommend it. The team there are friendly and don't rush. The manicures and pedicures I've received are not only very relaxing but also extremely high quality!!

I have been going here for many years. The owner and the people who work there are so kind and courteous. They know their job so well and are very professional. My nails and toes always look so good. Although the young man was kind doing my feet nails, this is the second time that they have caused me to bleed in discomfort. 1st, the for trimming my nails too short, 2nd rubbing a calusus in the wrong spot. Take your $50 elsewhere. This is my foot in the picture.

Do NOT go here. These people did not clean their tools and I got herpetic whitlow. After I got my acrylics done my fingers burned really bad but I shook it off. A few days later, I had bubbly blisters on my fingertips right below my nail and some underneath my fingernail. They were very painful and itchy. I went to the doctor and was told I got herpetic whitlow which is a distant strand of herpes that causes blisters on the fingers and the virus lasts your whole life such as herpes. I came in the next day and showed them my doctors note and told them that the cuts on my fingers made by their tool was how the virus got into my body. They refused to give me a refund saying they spent time on my nails. After 30 minutes of arguing and threatening to tell the health department she threatened to call the cops and laughed in me and my moms faces. I eventually got my full refund after lots and lots of arguing. Very unprofessional and rude. The least she could do after giving me a life long virus was give me my refund.
